Registration and authentication

PROCEDURES

To start the registration/authentication process of the piece of art you need to:

1. Fill in the entry form in all its fields

2. Provide us with the following photographic material:

- n. 2 ektachromes (size10x12 cm.) or high resolution images (format jpg or tiff - min. 300 dpi) on cd or dvd

- n. 2 colour photographic prints of the front of the work (size 18x24 cm.)

- n. 1 colour photographic prints of the back of the work without frame (size 18x24 cm.)

- n.1 colour photographic print of the signature and/or inscriptions if present on the work

3. You must carefully read and sign the acquaintance agreement (see the forms page)

4. You also need to provide us with a copy of any documents (essays, articles, reviews, invitations, press releases, expositions lending cards, etc.) reproducing or mentioning the work.

5. Send, if accepted, written authorization for the publication in the Catalogue Raisonné of your name with the authorization to use your personal data (see Privacy policy statement and sign the Consent for personal data processing – see preprinted form)
