NEW LOCATION IN PARIS FOR ALIGHIERO BOETTI’S ARCHIVE

The artist’s daughter, Agata, will open the new premises near the Bastille next January: “Perhaps the time has come to bring my father back here, where he started in 1962 with my mother Annemarie,” she says. The Archive will continue to study his work, complete the General Catalogue and other publishing projects. After thirty-one years, the Alighiero Boetti Archive is leaving Rome to move to Paris. In the new premises, a stone’s throw from the Bastille, we are welcomed by Agata Boetti, Alighiero’s daughter, who since 1995 has been immersed in her father’s work, studying and cataloguing it.
